Intent: The Tex McIver Case

Dropping in the fall of 2022, this GABBY Award-winning podcast series chronicles the trial of Tex McIver, the ex-attorney who was charged with the murder of his then-wife, Diane.

The series, hosted by reporter Kaitlyn Ross, explores the case of a wealthy businesswoman who was shot in the back by her husband of 11 years.

Ross pieces together what led up to the shooting and works to figure out whether this really was an unthinkable accident or something else.

During the series’ initial launch, Jesse Nussman created supplementary online content, including articles, YouTube videos, etc.
